Coming up Thursday, November 30, 2017, join us in New York City for the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia “All In” for Kids Poker Tournament Presented by WPT Foundation. The event is the largest charity poker tournament benefiting a major US children’s hospital and will be hosted by WPT Raw Deal host Phil Hellmuth.

The “All In” for Kids Poker Tournament was co-founded in 2008 by Daniel Shak and Beth Shak, and 2017 will be the fifth edition under the partnership between the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and WPT Foundation. Together, the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and WPT Foundation have raised more than $3 million through the first four years working together.

The event takes place at the stunning Mandarin Oriental New York, overlooking Central Park. For those interested in attending, discounted room rates are available for a limited time.

The festivities begin at 6:30 p.m. ET for registration, poker tutorial, buffet, and cocktails. The “All In” for Kids Poker Tournament begins at 7 p.m. ET on Thursday, November 30, and the field is limited to 180 players. Playing tickets are available for $2,500.

WPT CEO Adam Pliska is scheduled to attend, as are WPT talent members Lynn Gilmartin, Tony Dunst, and Vince Van Patten. WPT Champions Club members Andy Frankenberger, Jonathan Little, and Victor Ramdin are anticipated to be in attendance, as are Jamie Kerstetter, Anna Khait, Matt Glantz, and Brian Koppelman.

The 2017 beneficiary of the “All In” for Kids Poker Tournament is the Children’s Brain Tumor Tissue Consortium. Proceeds from the event will help advance CHOP’s brain tumor research, providing more treatment options and better long-term outcomes for children with brain tumors.
